MoneyPak verifies your identity by asking you to upload a photo ID. For this, you will need to take a clear photo if the front and back of your government issued ID. After that, follow the instructions on the website, and proceed until it says that your photo ID was successfully submitted.

MONEYPAK REFUND REQUEST. If your MoneyPak has not been used, you can submit a refund request by providing the information below. Refund checks typically arrive in the mail 1-2 weeks after your refund request is submitted. The MoneyPak purchase fee will not be refunded.

Important: Green Dot MoneyPaks take 1 hour to activate after your prepaid card purchase has been made. Repeated deposit attempts before the 1-hour MoneyPak activation period will cause your Greendot funds to be locked on your card for 24 hours.

1. Buy a MoneyPak. Check that the prepaid or bank debit card to be used accepts MoneyPak.
2. Create a secure login. First-time users will need to create a Secure Login on my-moneypak.com.​
3. Complete the deposit. Enter the MoneyPak number and 16-digit prepaid or bank debit card number to add the funds.

To reload your Walmart MoneyCard with a MoneyPak, create a secure account on MoneyPak's website, follow the prompts to verify your mobile number, then enter your Walmart MoneyCard number.

Fees and limits You can put any amount of money into a MoneyPak ranging from $20 to $500. At Walmart, you can add up-to $1000. Each MoneyPak has its own convenience fee of $4.95. For security reasons, PayPal restricts the amount you can add through MoneyPaks to $4000 per month.
